Mirai Shop - Buy anything from Japan.

MiraiShop is an ecommerce service company that makes it easy-peasy to buy things from Japan that would otherwise be fiendishly difficult.

We are a proxy-buying service company, not an online shop. As such, we act on behalf of our members' requests to buy-and-ship specified merchandise from Japan-based online shops, marketplace platforms, auction sites, and retail stores.

Our service offers you the ability to buy items from Japan that would otherwise not be available internationally. As most Japanese stores do not ship overseas we are able to help you by buying these items on your behalf and forwarding them to you from our Japanese office.

What is proxy-shopping or proxy-buying?

Proxy-buying means shopping using a third-party to buy goods overseas on your behalf. If we can purchase the item you request and send it to you, we will handle your order and help you obtain the product you are after.

We focused mainly on vehicles spare parts for our clients.

Up to this moment, we cannot buy and ship a single engine or transmission for you, unless otherwise you want to ship it in container with cars.

Large items, like front bumpers and rear bumpers might be very expensive to ship international.  We only deal with DHL as our main international courier service.  Such an item may cost US$2,000 or more depending on the country so, if you are not willing to bear this cost try to avoid such items.

Return Policy / Cancellation

Auction items cannot be returned. 

Auction bids cannot be cancelled. 

Please understand beforehand that when you place an auction bid, this action is binding and cannot be reverted or disputed, regardless of the order status with the seller. Our service would not be able to operate otherwise.

What are the most common limittations if you try to buy by yourself directly from any stores in Japan

To buy from Japan is quiet interesting and isn't easy. You’re dealing with:

* Japanese online stores which you can't navigate.
* Sellers who will not ship overseas.
* Japan-only methods of payment.
* Japanese shops which can’t handle pre-sales inquires in English.
